Shilhay Community operates four accommodation projects

A Residential Resettlement project for men and couples, aged 18 - 65, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
The project has 36 rooms (all with en-suite facilities) set across 4 floors in 10 self-contained flats plus 4 self-contained studio flats. There is also a large communal social space, a training kitchen, and a courtyard garden.
The project can accommodate a maximum of 45 people and up to 5 dogs.
Gabriel House is DDA proficient. It has level access, entrances and exits, a refuge area and a purpose built room for clients who require the use of a wheelchair.
The building is owned by Bournemouth Churches Housing Association

Three shared houses providing short to medium term accommodation for up to 17 people.
