Shilhay Community is a not for profit charity supporting people who are homeless and vulnerably housed in Exeter, East and Mid Devon. We manage the Support & Recovery Services within Gabriel House and a further four Community Resettlement Projects. We were established in 1971 as the incorporated successor to an emergency basic provisions service that was originally set up in 1967 for homeless people by the Exeter Diocese in partnership with the Simon Community.
